Determine whether or not these types of benefits would motivate you as an employee for a long-term commitment. Print and bring this to class for discussion. Discipline is described as the process that managers take a corrective action to help the employee to overcome his or her behavior issue (Stewart & Brown, 2014). Secondly, make sure the employee has due process which is to make effort that the employee is treated fairly. The idea of doing a job you like to do rather than you have to do because of pay is intriguing and doing what a person wants to do if most job satisfaction (Stewart & Brown, 2014).
Would you accept less pay to work in a job with better coworkers?
The idea of taking less pay to work with better co-worker is a common decision that most employers make daily. Base on the reading, working with employers is better than pay as more pay may lead to more responsibility and depending on the stage of a person life if he or she wants that responsibility. Furthermore, the person may feel more empower with their current employees than being a management decision which you might not be able interact with employees daily (Stewart & Brown, 2014).
How important is doing work that you find enjoyable?
