The norming stage is when members resolve status conflicts and establish norms (Engleberg and Wynn, 2013). Throughout our norming stage we became familiar with one another's habits as well as our group dynamic. Our conversations were mainly oriented around our goal but we were also comfortable with one another and often talked about personal occurrences within our life. The most important thing that emerged during the norming stage was discovering each other members behaviors and actions. For example, during this stage we were aware of what members would come late or not come at all. Moreover, we discovered the quality of work each member put forth as well as their strengths and weaknesses. This personally helped me distribute work appropriately, and learned what types of communication I had to use for each member. For example, some members I would only have to tell them to do something once and it would get done. For others I would have to constantly remind them of their responsibilities in order for them to complete their assigned
