Guardians are observant and cooperative. Seeking security and belonging, they are concerned with responsibility and duty. Guardians have four types which is Supervisor, Inspector, provider and Protector. Guardian’s greatest strength is logistics. They excel at organizing, facilitating, checking, and supporting. This is so close to my personality.
I shared my temperament result with my three best friends. They were agreed with the results. It is same as my personality. According to them I am dependent, helpful, cautious, humble and trustworthy. Close to guardian. Guardians tend to preserve social institute. My friend says I have natural talent in managing daily routines. I do believe in following the rules, cooperating with others, working within the system, and planning schedule. In some ways, the Keisery description is an accurate description of my overall personality. For example, I do value evidence and fact over mere conjecture, if someone is explaining something to me; they must demonstrate why it is as they say it is. I usually will not just take someone’s word for it. Moreover, I am a bit skeptical that any personality can be pigeonholed into the four general types given by the KTS- II test. I would say any person could exhibit qualities from all personality types. For example, I usually trust my intuition about people (an idealist quality), I sometime seek adventure and truly enjoy creatively working on things (artisan qualities), and I am always skeptical and trusting of sound logic (rational qualities). In some ways I view the Keirsey personality test as a kind of horoscope, anyone can identify with the qualities that are said to describe them, simply because they are so general
