How many of you do not take breakfast every day? So, what is the reason you are skipping your breakfast again? Is that you are lack of time to eat, or you are weight watching or you think it is not necessary to have breakfast? Anyhow, do you know that breakfast is the most important meal in our daily life?

Today I would like share some of the advantages of having breakfast and how we can benefit from it. I would also like encourage all of you to have a balance breakfast to kick start your day.
III. Relevance Statement
In a way, breakfast is "breaking the fast" because after sleeping for eight hours and being without food during the night, our brain and muscles need energy and fuel to function. According to a survey done recently, up to two-thirds of us skip the first meal of the day. However, nutritionists say we should breakfast like kings and later eat less for other meals. A study also finds that what we eat for breakfast will influences what we eat for the rest of the day. They found that missing breakfast will increased the appeal of high-calorie foods. IV. Some of the benefits of having breakfast are as following:
a) Sharpen the mind
b) Better weight management
c) Have a better mood throughout the day

A. Breakfast gives your brain vital nutrients that it needs in order to carry out mental processes the rest of the day.
a.i) If you skipped breakfast, you are likely to feel tired, mentally fogged, or unfocused throughout the day.
a.ii) These can be avoided if you always have a well balanced breakfast.
B. The students that have been eating breakfast perform better in their test than those who not used to have breakfast often.
