One of the youngest gods Cronus, replaced Uranus than married Rhea, his sister. Uranus and Rhea had children together, but they came out scary, so he slowed them whole except for Zeus because Rhea hid him. Zeus grew up and fed Cronus poison and all of his siblings that had been slowed whole
came up whole. Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon took over the world while defeating Cronus. Zeus is the god of the sky, Poseidon is the god of the sea, and Hades is the god of the underworld. Hestia is the goddesses of hearth, Hera became the queen of the world, and Demeter is the goddesses of the harvest. Zeus and Hera had three kids, which were Ares the god of war, Hebe the goddesses of youth, and Hephaestus. Hebe got mad at Hephaestus because when he was born, he was deformed and she couldn't have kids with him. Hebe threw Hephaestus off a mountain. While he was down there he became the god of the forge. Athena was Zeus “brainchild” fought her way out. She became the goddess of wisdom.
Zeus and Demeter created Persephone the queen of the underworld. Than Zeus and Leto created Apollo and the goddess of the hunt, Artemis. Myah and Zeus had Hermes he's the messenger god. Zeus and Dyani created Aphrodite, goddess of love. Overall the twelve Olympians are Aphrodite, Apollo, Ares, Artemis, Athena, Demeter, Dionysus, Hades, Hephaestus, Hera, Hermes, Hestia, Poseidon, and Zeus.
