Tuckman's Model Of Team Interaction
Team is nothing but group of individuals working together for achieving common goals. The team consist of team members who work with each other. The team will exhibit highest level of performance if they have the same purpose, there is an open communication within the team, members trust each other, create positive working environment, resolve conflict effectively, flexible and adaptable to change and focus on learning new things.

The components of Tuckman’s five stage model are as follows:-

Forming - The first meeting of team with each other is called forming stage.
Storming - When the team starts working together, then that stage is called storming stage.
Norming - When the members start working as a team more effectively, then that stage
