The sorts of qualities I think members generally need to make a team successful are motivation, dedication, integrity, enthusiasm, commitment and perseverance. A team player knows when to put aside the differences for the common good. They know how to align their actions with their values for a high level of integrity. Team member’s actions will reflect on their commitment to the group. Skills that will be considered important when working with a team are skills that can help the team progress, skills that probably nobody in the group are probably not good at doing. Temporary teams are teams that are going to last for a short period of time, they collide to complete a job/task, and when this is completed the group will disband. An example of a temporary job are seasonal job (Christmas jobs), some jobs do sometimes change it to permanent if they feel the candidate is successful at working in the business.
Permanent teams are teams that are going to last for a long period of time, sometimes members who were in that team may change, but replaced with other personnel.

It can develop up various factors. Working as a team could improve the motivation with members of the group because other members may see that others are interested in what’s going on in the task that they may feel like contributing. Creative members may find other ways to complete the task quicker. Some members also may feel interested in completing the task and moving on to the next one to improve their work further and learn from their previous mistakes. Members in the group can learn from one other. The team will be taking responsibility for meeting the goals and target settings, members will also be sharing their experiences and
