What are the positive benefits of continual weightlifting on the mind, body, and emotions of a person? Many people are not interested at all because they do not do any research on the subject of weightlifting. Weightlifting is not only performed for people to look muscular and aesthetically pleasing, but so they can feel better mentally and emotionally as well, yet most people are not aware of that fact. Everyone wants to dismiss weightlifting because they have different images in their head when thinking of their personal end goal. If people would take the time to do research on the subject then one would find that there are positive benefits to weightlifting besides just a physical appearance.
