Steps like making some clinics specialized medical care facilities has seen this hospital on the world's map of success. For example, Huron Hospital catered for chronic conditions and primary care. Diabetes patients get counseled on how to manage their condition and live a healthy life. More time is spent counseling and educating the patients to ensure customer satisfaction and quality services. According to Cosgrove who is the C.E.O of the facility, more plans are underway to replace another hospital with a similar specialized facility.
