What Can I Get Out of This course?
I am taking this class because it is required to get in the Nursing program. Also, this class is very important in the society where we live. Sociology, I think can also help student to change the way they see things and to deal with other people from different culture. This course will help me to understand people’s need and a better understanding of other cultures. It is also important and it explains the associated with this type of communication.

There are various ways people can communicate with one another. It is critical that good leaders display the ability to effectively communicate with their associates and subordinates as well as train and encourages others to demonstrate those some communications skills. By doing so, they will promote a healthy and efficient work environment that everyone will be sure to enjoy.
Communication should be a way that people pay attention to what they say, communication should be understanble and clear. The first challenge in today communication is diversity . Because of a large number of society , communication become more diversified. There are so many levels in society. For instance, there are what we called customs, beliefs and expectations. All of this make the communication more complicated, good listening is the number one priority for people to take advantage by listening to others. You must be a good listener in order for you to take those advantages. My point of view of life is communication can be sometimes bored, if the listener does not cooperate and that can complicate the task and make thing become very difficult . In my opinion, understanding of what listening might be beneficial. Listening is not just hearing, it is a feedback like interpreting a message, pay close attention to what the other party said: Listening is registering and interpreting, transmitting at the same time information received from communication. People need to socialize during communication by the way they speak,
