It is extremely important to have a full and up to date agreed ways of working as these are the foundation for the practice of the organisation and if they are “out of date” could potentially cause harm to service users and other employees.

It is important social care workers stick to the limits of their job as going outside their ”scope of practice” can lead to harm and injury to themselves and others and even harmful errors
