1.What is meditation? Name ancient techniques.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or as an end in itself.

Ancient techniques:
Taoist meditation
Trataka Meditation
Raja Yoga meditation

Biofeedback is the process of gaining greater awareness of many physiological functions primarily using instruments that provide information on the activity of those same systems, with a goal of being able to manipulate them at will.

Hypnosis has been used for centuries for pain control. Hypnosis has been used for thousands of years for treatment and healing of various problems.
