What Is The Connection Between Thank You And Mr. Fuller?
Gracie unlocked the door of her new employer’s grand abode, carefully tipping onto the meticulously shined marble flooring in the foyer, which was heavily adorned with lavish artwork that Gracie could see was far beyond her meager means. As she stands in amazement in the pure ambiance in which she was experiencing, Mrs. Fuller entered to greet her. Mrs. Fuller was a very tall, stunning blue eyed creature. She had stand at least six feet tall, her frame was slender like any runway models, and her cheekbones could slay a village. Her physique was the inverse to Gracie’s petite 5’’1’ frame, yes, Gracie was built like a bone as many would say, but when she looked at Mrs. Fuller she saw such exquisite beauty like she’d never experienced. “Hello,” …show more content…

“Where he usually is, work. You probably won’t see him often.”
“I just thought I’d at least get to see him so I could thank him, for allowing me to work for him and to stay in his beautiful mansion,” Gracie exclaimed.

“Hey, who are and what are you doing in my kitchen?” A lady downing a hairnet and an apron sternly asked, while pointing at Gracie with a metal spatula. “State your name and business, youngin.”
“Well, ma’am. My name is Gracie. Gracie Winslet. I’m the new ma...ma...maid,” Gracie said nervously. “I came for some breakfast.”
“Why didn’t you say so, chile? Everybody ‘round these parts calls me Miss Clara. Help yourself to some food, it looks like you could stand to put a little meat on those bones of yours.”
Looking down at her petite frame wondering if the woman was right, Gracie simply said. “Okay.”
After completing her breakfast, she thanked Miss Clara for the meal and went on her way to start cleaning. On her list of chores for the day, the first assignment was to clean the master suite. Bethany should have been finished with her gargantuan breakfast by now, so Gracie knocked on the

“Ugh!”, he grunts from how large the suitcase is. “Will you be able to carry that, Scottie?” she says, her face, worn from time, twists with concern for her son. “Of course”, he laughs. “Okay, if you’re sure.” She says as she opens the metal gate to the front yard. They slowly walk through the cracked pathway until they reach the steps to the porch. Beatrice opens the sturdy door with her keys. “Honey, I’m home!” Scottie yells into the empty living room. “Must you do that every time you come inside the house?” She says fondly. “Of course, I must.” He says as if she should already have known the answer. While they were talking, Alice and Jake, Scottie’s younger siblings, heard his announcement and excitedly ran out of their room and down the beige stairs. “Stop making all that racket!” she admonishes her children. “SCOTTIE!” they yell out enthusiastically. “You’re home!” Alice states, full of wonder that her big older brother is finally back where he belongs. “Well, it’s obvious that I’m home unless I’m an imposer who’s secretly an alien”, He jokes, winking at Alice. “I definitely didn’t miss your humor,” Jake lightheartedly says. “Oh, come on, I tell the best jokes”, Scottie says smiling. “Yeah right, in your dreams”, Jake jokingly teases. “Leave your brother alone for right now. He had a long trip and he’s probably exhausted.” Beatrice gently tells to her…

Tom wondered for what seemed to be the millionth time why Dectives were required to dress like wall-street bankers or stock analysts. At least that was the expectation in public, however the moment he had the office to himself, he unknotted his tie, slipped off the linen suit jacket, and undid the top button of his shirt, then sat back in his chair, raised his eyes to the ceiling, and tapped the tip of a ballpoint pen against his teeth. That was Tom's usual mode of concentration and contemplation, and so intent was the man's focus on the new case that all else slipped from his mind, even the recollection that he'd texted his wife. Therefore, the sudden familiar sound of her voice, accompanied by the enticing aroma of barbecue, startled him, and he immediately shot upright. The sight of Lila elicited a smile that only widened with the greeting and kiss. "Sorry baby."…
