Why couldn’t trust just come naturally, why so much misery, like picking fruit from a forbidden tree.
Where’s the Eve in Adam, why did the love bring hurt and a heart sadden?
Where’s the solace, the safety net, where’s the all give and not much to get. The sharing, caring and respect.
Where’s the Eve in Adam, why couldn’t she love him when she had him? Why the simple words just stab him?
Words cut and hurt deeper than any physical blow.
Bruises heal and go away but hurtful words are buried deep and stay. Unfortunately, to never go away.

Dana S. Redman You Are
What you are is my partner at work, the one who can get away with calling me a jerk. The one who cares for me more than anyone,
The one who nurtures me when I’m broken or hurt. You’re my vision that I see every day, you’re the foot on the pedal when I’m in a hurry to see you and listen to what you have to say.
You’re morning coffee like only you make, you’re the drunken pork chops that are to die for when you can cook them that way. You’re the fire in me when I feel so cold,
You’re the comfort of life that I won’t be along when I’m old. You’re the reason that God sent you my way and same just for you, a reason for the day.
You’re my confidence, my partner for all time. You’re the buzz I get that’s better than wine. You’re my beautiful when the day seems so gray.
You are the reason the sun comes out after the rain tried to stay.
You’re my partner out in the woods or out on a lake or shopping for goods.
You’re the annoying creatures that drive me so mad. God has blessed us both, and I sure am so glad.
I love you more than you know, You’re my season, rain, sun and snow.
No matter the weather as long as you’re close, the sun will be shining where you are the most. I love
