Introduction
Today, corporate social responsibility is becoming more and more important. Many companies are looking to put in place a management system that care about ecology. In this perspective we will talk about a company that has set itself the mission of being green. We will see how they proceed to achieve their goals and how they could improve them.
Choose one of the companies whose web links are listed in the readings. Explore in greater depth some of the sustainable and ethical practices that this company has integrated into their corporation and how they have reported on it here.
The company selected is "Whole Foods Market" which is a natural foods store. It is a society that provides natural and organic foods with the highest quality standards in the industry. If there is something that I can suggest to them, is to more involve consumers, because it is the biggest challenge for green marketing, reaching as many consumers as possible, making them aware and adopting the change that is available for them, for their well-being. Because the latter do not really like the changes, so to come to convince them is the biggest challenge. The marketing team must advocate for the benefits of a greener, more responsible product to gain a competitive advantage and a higher profit margin.
