Why Do Fish Make Perfect Pets
8 Reasons Why a Fish May Be the Right Pet for You
When people start thinking about what pet to get, usually they’ll debate whether to get a cat or a dog. However, there’s one animal missing in this equation and it’s the fish. A fish may not have legs but it has a great personality and charm. If you think that dogs and cats don’t make good house pets but need a little more convincing to get a fish, here are 8 reasons why fish make perfect pets.

Sure, you’ll need to clean the aquarium from time to time but the cost of their food and maintenance isn’t so expensive. Some fish species don’t even have to eat every day so you can save up on those fish flakes. Fish also don’t need to get vaccinated yearly like anti-rabies shots for dogs and cats. If ever taking care of fish does get expensive, it might be the breed of fish you’re adding into the aquarium or the price of the aquarium decoration you installed.
Easy to Take Care Of
Trading paws for fins might be the best decision you’ll ever make if you want to take care of an easygoing pet. Fish don’t need any walks or belly rubs or be trained to be housebroken. Fish would rather spend the whole day swimming around. However, fish can also be as social as other pets too. If you want to interact with your fish, just casually say “hi” to them form the other side of the glass and they’ll swim right up to you. Whatever you do, DON’T TAP THE GLASS. The tapping sound not only scares the fish but could potentially mess up their hearing.

And a third reason he could choose the Bass is because in part of the story he refers to Shelia as a memory.…
