Why Guns Should Not Be Allowed In Schools
There have been many incidents with guns on schools campuses in the past. There has been multiple school shootings at several big schools across the country. The reasons why they shouldn't be allowed are: They put other students in harm, There have been multiple school shootings in the past, and They could be used in the wrong way. These are why guns should not be allowed at school.

Guns have the ability to put the lives of innocent people in danger. Sometimes feelings have the ability to take a toll on their actions. If someone disliked someone and finally was fed up and did not care they might do something irrational and take their anger out with the violence of a shooting. We have seen things like this in the past, a student gets bullied, and one day is tired of it and it leads to a dramatic situation where lives are lost. This could possibly put more lives in danger and cause a shooting.

Since 1980 297 people have died because of school shootings. This type of shooting can happen at all schools, at anytime, at any age. Allowing guns on college campuses would dramatically cause the chance of a school shooting to rise more than ever. I think that i speak for everyone when i say no one wants to see another columbine, or Virginia tech. When parents send their children off to college they want them to be in a safe learning environment, this is not possible if there are guns on campus.
