Most schools brush-off the facts kids are falling asleep in class.They don’t blame it on the fact that it might be too early for the kids, they blame it on that the kids are to lazy and stay up to late. Yes, getting out of schools would be a little bit later than normal. Most parents get out of work around 5 so their kids wouldn’t have to ride the bus home or wait for their parent to pick them up and the practice or games might be pushed back but at most schools games start at 6 so if school got out at 3:45 than you still have awhile until your game and most practice start after school. “Meanwhile, no research has shown any benefit to requiring any child, of any age, to start instruction before 8 a.m.” (McGlinchey) the schools still do not want to start later yet there is no evidence showing how any child of any age should start at 8 in the morning
