Kids are not getting their daily 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

However, if it was moved to 8:30 a.m just an hour later, just think that all that can do it will increase kids sleep time. It will help their grades. It will also get schools more money because students will have better attendance than usual. Obviously, 7:30 a.m should not be the start time of schools you could get all of these things with the simplest of changes.
School starts too early because, kids need 8 hours of sleep, kids grades are being affected by waking up early, and on the weekend kids are waking up late and delaying weekend activities. This is an important topic because kids should have a chance at changing the future and having a good job when they grow up. One solution to this problem is maybe each year change the time by 15min until you get it to the time the that the school has the best success. As you can see, 8:30 a.m is the perfect start time for kids to succeed and to enjoy
