Starting a school day usually means nothing more than another day of drowsiness to a teen. Teenagers and children all around the globe are becoming too tired when they wake up for another day of education. The school day needs to start later. Doing so would cause multiple benefits, such as better academic performance, increased amount of sleep, and giving time not to worry about homework after school.
Overall academic performance is crucial in a teens school years. Getting more sleep will lead to more communications between nerves cells. And with more communications, the more high-quality performance through school. This can also relate to another beneficial situation due to more sleep. When a student obtains more sleep, less stress becomes present. Thus, Not much worrying will happen, especially not about having to do so for a “bed time”.

Ways to fix these cracks are moving the times of after-school activities to fit the schedule of the schools, because some activities are not as important as a person’s education.
