Dear Mr Woods, I am writing to you to complain about the service you failed to provide for me and my friend Amar on our recent holiday to one of your spectacular hotels, or at least we thought it was. Our holiday was booked with your company 2 weeks in advance to make sure everything was fine and finalized properly, I spoke with your manager representative and she guaranteed that we would receive a superb holiday with 'no problems'. I can truthfully say that my friend and I were provided with the complete opposite and we were hugely disappointed with the majority of our holiday. Myself and my friend Amar have few problems that we think is in our right to complain to you about because we will not stand for this low level of expectation from what I thought was the best hotels or one of the best hotels at Disneyland, it was just unsatisfying and you have disappointed us. Firstly, what my friend Amar started to notice in the first few days of our brilliant stay, or so I thought it was, was a lot of rats! Rats nearly everywhere he saw a rat in the toilet, one in the bedroom, another outside in the pool. This is not expectable and very unhygienic and below safe, how would you expect us to live in your hotel with rats running around in daylight and even when we are sleeping. We did not expect rats and what we were told when I booked the hotel over the telephone was that your staff said that the environment for our hotel will be up to our living expectations and will not dissatisfy in any way. Secondly, I have to point about the issues we had to discover about the food that was cooked for us while at our stay. I was told that the food would also be great and lovely, it’s not. For example when I ate a cheese sandwich what I noticed was

A motion sensor detects the position of the cart versus time, enabling its velocity to be calculated as a function of time. The computer graphs force versus time, and also the cart’s velocity versus time.…

The Roman Republic was rather democratic. The Romans were the start of a democracy, and we include many of their ideas today in the United States. They were democratic because they had a constitution two important elements including legislation, and the right for citizens to vote. The Romans still use the same concept as the government does nowadays, such as the magistrates, senate, and assemblies. The assemblies job was to pass legislation, which is the most important reason that Romans were democratic.…

Embassy Suites Cleveland in Beachwood, Ohio is a hotel with 216 rooms. The hotel is self proclaimed as beautiful, modern, and spacious. The hotel also claims to be rated as a “Four Diamond” hotel. The hotel offers some great amenities like, family rooms, room service, free breakfast, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a restaurant, meeting rooms, non-smoking rooms, etc. I stayed at this hotel about two years ago, and the appearance of the hotel is nice but if you look a little harder you will find some major flaws. Although claimed as a great hotel and with abundant amenities, my experience at this hotel was horrible because the hotel has a bug infestation, mechanical problems throughout the building, and the management and service they provided was poor.…

I stayed in your San Juan, Puerto Rico hotel (room 756) from Monday, September 1 through Thursday, September 4, 2012. Throughout my stay my room was consistently dirty, and the bathroom fixtures were rusty. Additionally, I had to request fresh towels each evening of my stay. To make matters worse, the casino was extremely loud and the music did not stop until 3 A.M. I complained to the Front Desk Manager, Raul Rodriguez, and requested another room but was told there were no other rooms available. No one from the hotel addressed my concerns and I was told repeatedly that housekeeping had been alerted to my complaints. Despite my repeated complaints, my room was never properly cleaned and was never furnished with fresh towels. Because of the casino noise, I was unable to sleep comfortably for two nights. Hence, my time spent in Puerto Rico was nerve-wracking.…
