You wanna lose some weight but you don't want to make a full workout plan, not brave enough for hard exercises, and bringing pain to your muscles. It's okay, we've all been there.You're not ready yet for cutting out your favorite plates,You wanna lose some weight but you're not ready yet for full workout plan, and hard exercises, and bringing pain to your muscles. You're not eady yet for cutting out your favorite plates, you can't resist eating the food you love. Then here are some great tips for you to lose about 500 calories per day, and that's a good way to start. Diets are probably the widest trend you can see nowadays. Their daily meals consist of junk, greasy food which contains large amounts of fats and salts. The most significant proof of this unhealthy lifestyle is the obesity rate that's increasing especially among those middle age working professionals. Quit the chocolate cake, quit the soda, that heavy-filled sugar apple pie, and try to have a sliced apple with a tablespoon of almond, or try to have fresh fig halves spread with ricotta. Fruits are the best alternative to chocolate, they will do well to satisfy your sweet carving while you'll be on your healthy side. Most of them are high in potassium, fiber, vitamin C, antioxidants and phytonutrients that is very good for your health.And Here's a tip for you, next time you go for a fruit, try the darker one. After workout, you'll have this feeling, tight calves, achy muscles and sore achy thighs. Relieve post-workout aches by getting your lower body in a cold bath (talking about 50 to 55 Fahrenheit), you may also throw bunch of ice cubes in the bath to get it cold. Stay in it for about 15 minutes. Athletes use this magic trick to help reduce their soreness after long exhausting training
