Section 2 – Understand the purpose of health, safety and security procedures in a business environment
1a. Identify employer and employee responsibilities for health and safety.
Employers
They must safeguard the health and safety of everybody who works for them.
Maintain of safe plant machinery, all machinery and equipment used by the company.
A duty to take care to avoid harm to themselves and to others around them and not to use anything not provided for them that could affect their health and safety.
Everyone has responsibility for their safety and welfare in the workplace.
Eye tests for employees/employers who are sat in front of a computer.
Employers have to comply with specified standards relating to their work place.

In person is a good method. It can involve 2 or more peoplein the same location having a conversation.
Paying attention Smile and watch the body language.
Section 4 – Understand how to work with and support colleagues
1. Explain the purpose of agreeing standards for your own work. Give at least two reasons.
You agree to make 8 calls a days. Then you make 8 calls a day. It helps you to meet deadlines.
Manage and improve your own performance and to accept plans for your own work.
2. Explain the purpose of taking on new challenges and being able to adapt to change at work.
Be flexible with change
Be able to plan your own work load. You have to deliver your workload.
3. Explain the purpose of treating others with honesty and consideration.
You work as a team with other employees and management. You will sometimes work closely together so honesty and consideration can make an effective team and the work runs smoothly. You should have the ability of being honest and respectful even if you dislike a person in the workplace.
A greater willingness to work harder and help fellow workers.
Section 5 – Know how to plan own work and be accountable to others
1. Explain the purpose of meeting work standards and deadlines when completing tasks in a business environment.

Use open communication on work progress leads to better work relationships and effective practices. Progress reports can be made verbal and some require a higher degree of formality and are to be made in a meeting or as an email/report.
Progress updates are only communicated to a few people often only one.

As im not in an employed role at the present time. I would like to gain employment as a admin assistant to start with, then I would gain some other qualifications such as medical Secretary. As that is what I want to be. As I can currently doing the Level 2 Principles of Business and Admin Course. I hope to pass the course and go onto do other qualifications with regards to Office work.
Section 7 – Understand the types of problems that may occur in a business environment and how to deal with them
1. Identify at least two different types of problems that can occur in a business environment.

Insufficient time work is not finished within the time limit. You have to let that person know and give them a new time when it will be
3. List at least two problems you are able to deal with yourself and two problems you would need to refer to others to deal with. Explain how and when you would refer these problems to others.
