Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of work related stress on employee worklife in a business organization. The research aims to explore the impact of work related stress through the identification of different variables. This study is based on primary data. Survey method is used to conduct our research mainly consisting of structured questionnaires given to the employees of both public and private sector. SPSS is used to investigate the data with the help of descriptive and regression analysis. This study found positive relationship between work-related stress and employees’ performance. Both public and private sector employees are neutral regarding these variables.

Introduction
Organization and individual life are changing continuously. It is very difficult for employee and organization to cope up with all changes, so issues arise and it will result in work life conflicts.
Work family conflicts arise when there is imbalance in work and family roles (Carmeli, 2003).
Work life conflicts affect both employees and organization because it creates disturbance in both work and family domains. Employee performance is affected by work life conflicts
(Mitchel, 1981). Stress is the feeling when someone thinks that they lost control on the events
(Margolis and Kroes, 1974). If there is a lot of work stress on employee this will affect employee family life and hence affects their performance and overall efficiency of the organization.
Employees can carry out better work practices if it is stress free. The stress free environment influences the organizational efficiency in a much better way (Hockey, 1997).
Now a day’s organization is focusing on human capital so they are making efforts to keep or retain their skilled employees. In many countries the relation between employee performance
