This research had a small number of limitations. At the outset, the human limitations of helper to reap the data from the voiced responses could stay inaccurate. Likewise, the direct observation method cannot be said the most all-encompassing method to accumulate the appropriate and truthful data. In addition, this research was banked upon selected participants’ instantaneous behaviors and answers, which may be changed in the real-time settings. They could not be asserted or found. Lastly, lack of all-inclusive examinations in the areas of SDT for military training, the small scope of selected three tasks, the poor reliability or validity (subjective by helpers) also missed the mark in examining the research conscientiously. The key findings of this test were enthusiastic, positive and motivated behaviors among participants for the given tasks, who were motivated by the SDT. On the other hand, the test without SDT’s implementation, lesser productivity, higher turnaround time, and least quality were main observations. Hence, the main findings of this research help to figure out the weighty importance of SDT in the military training for motivation purpose. In fact, contrasted with the SDT in the tasks, hesitation, demotivation and lethargic attitudes were found majorly in the other category. To make each person a leader, SDT is necessary as it beef up the soldiers’ inner growth tendencies by means of igniting their desire and excitements for the work, which in turn, can bring in much needed higher quality and output with the minimum turnaround time together with achieving self-satisfaction, self-esteem, cognitive curiosity, self-control, relatedness, autonomy and competence.
