Before I became a governor, I went to Harvard and Princeton to study major in mathematics, politics, business, and economy. From there I got my master and Phd degree. When I finish school, I knew that I wanted to become a strong and helpful figure in the society so I decided to run …show more content…
for governor. Step by step, I was able to be accepted by many people and I am here today because of them. I have been working as a governor of New York for over twenty years. During my time as a governor, I have passed many laws/acts including the The Great Help Act, The Action Act, The Contribution, and many more. This is only a small portion of what I have done in the past and what I could do for the Americans.
First, as a president, I believe that education is also one of the more important ones. Education is not being prioritized like it should be. Once a student has graduated, there are not always pushed to further their knowledge and education and that is something that as a president, I would focus on. One way I will do that, is do my best to work and to compromise with the price of a college education to help make it more available to all students. Many graduated students own debts to the college. Once they graduated from college and starting working, they have to pay back the debts and at the same time, struggle to live based on the little money that is left over. This makes their live harder then already is. Beside that, some parents have to work at two jobs at the same time in order to pay their children's school fees. This cause them to live in a poverty. Education should not come with a price tag, but rather should be shared by everyone. As a president, I will make education free. By doing this, people have more opportunities open to them and can also make students who dreams of going to school, go to school. This can solve the problem of students who can't afford to school.
The difference that I would like to see in America would be the economy. We are going through a tough time relating to money and as a president I would like it to become better throughout the country. My first order would be to create more jobs and opportunities for people to help the economy within the U.S. By creating jobs, I believe the economy will grow and that the number of unemployment hopefully will decrease. Also, I would increase the minimum wage. Many people family are living on a tight budget and sometimes can not even for their rent or houses. As a result of it, people are starving and can not afford the basic necessity they need. By increasing the minimum wages, poverty and income inequality would be reduced. Taxes would be raised or lower based on class. Poor people can not afford the taxes that the rich individuals pay. It may be unfair to the rich, but this is only fair. The wealthy can argue that they work hard for their money but since they do hold a large amount of the nation’s assets it is only fair to ask them to sacrifice a little more. Millionaires have enough money to pay off their expenses and still have the luxury to spend on anything they want. They are able to afford so much more and live in a comfortable environment when there are people who are living on the streets, not knowing where their next meal will come from. With the unequal distribution of money from the wealthy to the poor, I need to be able to have everyone on the same page, and have everyone become productive members of society.
Healthcare is one of the strongest problem that we, Americans face.
Having a healthy population in America would be important to me as a candidate running for president, because each person is important in the growth of our country. Medical services would be lowered from the higher prices if I was the president. Checkups, and necessary doctor visits should not put any person in debt, yet people are becoming poor because of it. Medical expenses are too high as of right now, and as a president I would look to do my best in making it more reasonable for Americans. This way people can afford it. Free hospitals would be built in town that are in needed, and everyone would be able to get free checkups once a year. Health care is available according to need rather than the ability to pay. Turning away somebody who is in need of medical treatment simply because they don’t have enough money to pay for it is immoral and unethical. There are many horrific conditions which are easy to treat. As a president, I will ensure provide general welfare among all citizens and make sure to use my powers to help those who are in
needed. In addition, I want to create a better future for America and all the citizens. My aspiration is to want to grow economy, provide free education, and make healthcare more affordable. I want to make everyone’s lives more easier. I also want to achieve these goal to the best of my ability. By doing this, our nation, our country, and our people will be stronger and more united. “There is no life without hope for our country.”
