But I always said I wanted to do something in the future relative with the military career or law enforcement. When I was about to finish high school I knew I had to make a decision really quick.
I did not want to finish high school without knowing what to do in life, and I am certainly was not going to live with my parents for the rest of my life, and have a low minimum wage job. I wanted to be somebody important and successful. I not just chose any military branch; I joined the United States Marine Corp. My parents were proud of my decision and they totally gave me their support and motivated me even more. They are proud to have a son, as a member of the military in the United States Marine Corp. A role model for my little brothers. When I got on that bus to San Diego I knew my life was about to change, there was no turning back. Simply adapt the characteristics to the new Marine Corps lifestyle. The change came immediately after the graduation of boot camp. Regardless of who I was before entering boot camp, once i graduated I had more discipline, pride, respect, honor, integrity, and courage. I endured a lot more pain and bearing. These positives became evident the first few months of my new career as a marine, the Marine Corp has its ups and down; but it is what it is I just have to deal with it for the next 3 years remaining
