Animal Testing: Harmful Or Painful?
Animal testing:
Because people don’t contribute their own lives for testing scientists then move to something not as useful for the world like mice, rats, and other animals. So we then destroy their lives instead of ours, and use them for our own purpose. Animal testing involves extreme pain for the animals. These animals are fully conscious and never given any pain relief. So when tests fail they have to suffer a painful death.
The purpose of animal testing is known to everyone because it has been around for a while now. To begin, animal testing has been around for a long time now it’s been a good, and bad thing to others own opinions. In this situation animal testing can been a cruel, but a helpful thing for others (AnimalTesting). Next, animal testing causes discomfort to the animals involved. To demonstrate, this is really painful for the animals to deal with (AnimalTesting). Naturally, some tests done on the animals are causing them to suffer. Finally, the

To begin, in any case people have no right to use animals for testing as if they’re just something to throw away again and again (AnimalTesting). For example, failed tests are just thrown away (AnimalTesting). In fact, they just move on to the next animal and hope for better results. Next, therefor animal testing violates the animal’s basic rights. For instance, when an animal is tested on there right is violated right away (AnimalTesting). Animal testing breaks all animal rights. Finally, following this the experiments that are conducted on these animals result in extreme and even torturous pain for the animals. Because, the animals are in pain is because they are never given any pain relief when tested on (AnimalTesting). In brief, people don’t have any right to use animals to test on, and by testing on animals this is violating their animal rights, and lastly the experiments cause them extreme and torturous pain

The text called, 'The Evil of Animal “Rights”', written by Alex Epstein and Yaron Brook, explains why animal testing is important and what animal activist groups have done to keep the testing from occurring. They explain the necessity of animal testing for man kind. The cures of different diseases and cancers, could all be created with the testing on animals-mostly rats and mice. The companies and labs doing these tests, like Huntingdon, which is mentioned in the text, are being harassed and interrupted in their process by animal activist groups, fighting for animal “rights”. According to the authors of this text, well being of man kind lay upon these scientists performing these tests on the animals.…

Animal testing, also known as animal experimentation, or in vivo testing, often uses non-human animals in experiments to test the safety of products and has been a topic of heated debate for decades. Although some research uses animals only for natural behaviors observation, F. Barbara Orlans claimed in her book, In the Name of Science: Issues in Responsible Animal Experimentation, that more than sixty percent of all animals used in animal testing suffer from experiment procedure or even get killed in biomedical research and product-safety testing. On the one hand, successful animal testing can lead to medical cures and treatments for human beings, on the other hand, opponents are doubting the reliability of animal…

Though animal testing should be banned from ever being practiced or used again, people still view it as a necessity despite all of the evidence against it. Animal testing requires inhumane, unsanitary, unsafe, or cruel conditions that if done to humans would be outlawed since they either reduce the quality of life or cause disease or death. Seeing that animals are living, breathing creatures that want to survive just as much as people do, assuming that test conditions are not good for human kind, then they are not good for any living creatures. Furthermore, they are inherently wrong by nature. Tolerating animal cruelty promotes the same insensitivity that allows cruelty to people, such as serial killers and the early incidents of animal torture.…

The first reason is that animal testing harms animals. For example, more than 100 million animals die every year due to chemical, drug, and food tests (Animal Testing 101). This is important information because that is a large amount of animals lost every year. Some of these things that people are testing animals on are not even necessary so animals could be dying for no good reason. Also, many animal tests are cruel procedures some include feeding dogs pesticides, forcing mice to inhale toxic fumes, and dripping corrosive liquid into rabbits’ eyes (Animal Testing 101). In addition, rabbit eyes are very sensitive and dripping chemicals in them can cause major damage and pain to the rabbit.…

In the article “The Case Against the Death Penalty,” which appears in Crime and Criminals: Opposing Viewpoints, Eric Freedman argues that the death penalty not only does not deter violent crime but also works against reducing the crime rate. Freedman says, “The death penalty not only is useless in itself, but counterproductive . . . ” (140). This paper will analyze Freedman’s article from the viewpoints of a middle-age working man, a poor person, and a politician.…

There are a lot of bad things that happen in this world and Animal Testing is one of them. Doctors,Scientists and other people test on these animals everyday. In my opinion there should be no animal testing at all. It is cruel. Right now there are millions of animals sitting in cold cages waiting for their next painful procedure. The stress, sterility and boredom causes them to develop neurotic behaviors such as, biting themselves and running around in circles. Most of these animals are killed after the testing because there is no possible way for them to live after this has happened. More than 100 million animals suffer this torture. Exact numbers have not been found, in rats, mice, birds, and cold blooded animals take up about 90 percent.…

In animal testing, countless animals are experimented on and then killed after their use is up. Some are injured and will still live the remainder of their life in captivity. The doctors will not do anything to help the animals that are in pain that happen to be the reason because of them. It is the aspect of animals testing that many view as a major negative against the practice, as it seems that the animal died in vain because no direct benefit to humans occurred. Even though animals and humans have many things in common like how we both have the same organ system, there are also many things that are different between animals and humans. Many animals cannot handle or take the same medication as humans, most the surgeries that are operated on animals are just too strong for an animal to take so they end up dying or sick for the rest of their lives. (Animal Testing…

    Animal Testing Satire

Animal testing has always been a big issue around the world. Some people think that it is okay for animals to be tested on while others don’t. What even is animal testing? Animal testing is where scientists find new medications and test them on the animals before humans. Why might scientists test them on animals first? So, that if something goes wrong, only the animal would suffer and not a human. I am a critic for animal testing. I believe that animals have a purpose to the world just as much as humans do. Even if people don’t like rodents, that doesn’t mean we need to try and potentially kill them. Animals are very important to this world just like everyone else.…

    Satire On Animal Testing

Animals do not have a say once they are taken away from their current living space, and then killed or have to suffer through what the researchers put them through. These innocents now are being punished, abused, and now have more risks and a shortened life span. Realistically, in my opinion, in order to experiment on animals you really don’t have a heart. People who love animals, could never and would never experiment on them because the things that people do to them we really don’t deserve the satisfaction of animals. “Animals used in experiments are commonly subjected to force feeding, forced inhalation, food and water deprivation, prolonged periods of physical restraint, the infliction of burns and other wounds to study the healing process, the infliction of pain to study its effects and remedies, and "killing by carbon dioxide asphyxiation, neck-breaking, decapitation, or other means." This piece of textual evidence is explaining how animals are not treated properly while being used in experimentation. Animals are forced to do things unwanted to, and also are deprived of certain things. Consider the people who have to do this for a living- they are finding cures for us humans, and also testing products such as cosmetics and shampoos and making sure that we can use them. You may think that animal testing is beneficial, but it's not, it's putting animals life in danger. Rabbits are used to test cosmetics and shampoos, during this process rabbits are powerless and have their eyelids opened by clips this can occur for days. Moving forward, as you can see many animals are harmed during the process and it is very heartbreaking to hear about the many animals that are hurt or killed to find cures for us. If you anyone who loves animals, if animal experimentation is okay, they would say it was abusive, because you taking the life of an innocent animal and putting it in…

    Ethics Of Animal Testing

Animals have been used in research for countless numbers of years, dating back all the way to BCE. The number of animals in testing has grown as the years have passed, and their purpose has resulted in treatments for lung cancer, childhood leukemia, breast cancer, and many others. When most people think about animal science, they think about the cruelty and immoral treatment of animals; they do not bother to think about the side effects of animal testing. The medicine we buy or are prescribed, the lotions we use, and everyday makeup we wear would not be available without the use of animals in labs. With all the benefits that come with animal testing, one might ask why anyone would be opposed to animal testing. However, an article entitled “Ethics…
