My sincerest apologies for the delay in replying to your Notice of Infraction letter, Unit 2108 - 833 Homer St., Vancouver BC (Please see the attached copy)

I had moved some items from my car and used the parking stall space to temporarily store them before leaving for a short trip. I received a call from the concierge that afternoon and the items were immediately removed next morning.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and fully understand the strata bylaws. I assure you this will not happen again.

Yours truly,

Upon entering the museums parking structure, which had been strategically hidden beneath the building, My friend Cameron and I came across a security guard. Before being allowed to enter the structure, he instructed us to open the trunk and show him identification. Strange as it was, we had done exactly as told without question. He proceeded to check the contents of the trunk and Cameron’s ID. Once he was finished, he told us that camera’s were not allowed in the museum along with several other things, and then he let us through and allowed us to park. (Due to this fact, I was unable to take any personal pictures of the museum or myself in the…

I am appealing my financial aid suspension because of difficulty completing my courses. Last semester was my third at KU. I believe that my lack of focus due to having an unannounced 4 year old daughter I just discovered in October of last year and my grandma died soon after. My past records show I have met the Satisfactory Academic Progress I just had a bad semester due to personal issues. Personal issues of this sort are very rare that’s why I feel I should be given another shot at my financial aid. I feel it’s a privilege to even have it since everyone is not able to get it. Without financial aid I would not be able finish my career of running or my educational success at The University of Kansas.…

My approach to writing my letter was very different than my approach to a writing a typical research essay. Instead of appealing to a professor, I was appealing to someone on more of an emotional level instead of an intellectual level. Although I discussed some facts in my letter, I did not go into nearly as much depth as I would in an essay. I also was trying to ask for something in my letter, where in an essay, I am trying to give the reader information not gain information from the reader. I felt more comfortable writing my letter because it was more like a typical conversation or an email. I could have more freedom with what I say and not have to follow as strict of guidelines. The letter felt more like me because it was all from my own brain and not mainly research that I had collected. I will use my experience with writing this letter to benefit future letters because I know a good structure for a letter that I can use for future letters. I also know how to incorporate all three aspects of rhetoric so it is more likely for me to get a response.…

A no-fault divorce: a good thing or bad thing? A no-fault divorce is divorces in which neither spouse is required to prove “fault” or marital misconduct on the part of the other. To obtain a divorce a spouse must merely assert incompatibility or irreconcilable difference, meaning the marriage has irretrievably broken down. This means there is no defense to a divorce petition (so a spouse cannot threaten to “fight” a divorce), there is no derogatory testimony, and martial misconduct cannot be used to achieve a division of property favorable to the “innocent” spouse. A no-fault divorce is what you hear about more often now. Marriages are ending because of irreconcilable differences and I always wondered what that meant because I didn’t understand. I always wanted to know exactly what. Now that I’m older and a little wiser I have learned that people get divorced because of all sorts of things. One of the biggest things I know of is communication. If you don’t communicate it will not work plain and simple. The second biggest thing is money. I mean we all know that money is evil, it will split up the happiest home so why not a marriage. I put adultery last because most of the time we know if the other spouse is cheating and most of us stick around anyway because of whatever reason. I think adultery has become more of a problem these days but causes the least amount of divorces. A no-fault divorce will give you a chance to just sign the papers and move on. I feel that if this is what we both want that there is no need to go into details about why we are getting a divorce if we have come to some sort of agreement. Let’s just end this and be about our separate way. I think a no-fault divorce may become more of an issue when children are involved because now we have to go into more details of why this divorce is happening and try to explain to the children why we are separating (because they are going to ask why) and before you do divorce you have to also think about how…
