Killing you slowly
Statics have proven that we’re the sickish nation on Earth, Why? Could it be from the pollution in the air? Or the amount of stress we take on daily? Drugs? Alcohol? Well in my research I will be explaining why our health has taken a turn for the worse over the past decade. Discussing why there are more mental issues and what the causes could be, and, if we tried eliminating the first, how we could save tons of money in the long run.

They say you are what you eat, so if we’re eating nothing but junk food, then is that why our body and mind may feel like junk? Researchers have found that the food we eat has a profound effect on our mind and mental health. Very interesting example, in a real sense, we have two brains. One on our shoulders, and the one in our stomach. Both that are created in the same tissue during fetal development, and which are connected via your vagus nerve, the tenth cranial nerve that runs from your brain stem to your abdomen. It is established that the same cranial nerve that transmits bacteria to the gut also transmits to your brain. Which helps explain how the two are connected, and, how the foods we eat can affect our mind and mental state. Another example, studies found foods that are highly fermented help curb social anxiety in young adults. Also, sugars are being linked to depression, and artificial foods are being linked to destroying brain function, depression, and causing panic attacks, some are questioning if this could be a reaction to the amount of aspartame we’re in taking.
