The BoD (Board of Directors) of a MNC (Multi National Corporation) organization has shown interest in overseas expansion and they wish to start their expansion process by launching their operations in UAE. You are asked to conduct a feasibility study and give recommendations to your Board of Directors for further planning.
In this context conduct a PESTEL analysis of UAE Business Environment and give the recommendations to the company for starting the business in the following Businesses:
A. Launching a new Mid size Car
B. Launching a Super Store chain like Carrefour, Hyper panda etc.
C. Opening a Travel agency.
Prepare your report as per the following format:
1. Introduction of UAE economy.
2. PESTEL Analysis of UAE.
3. Recommendations for the above mentioned business with valid arguments as per the PESTEL analysis.
Formatting Guidelines:
There is no word limit or size of the document but an ideal report can be between 5-10 pages.
Font Type: Times New Roman,
Font Size: Running Text 12, Main Headings 16, Sub Headings 14.
Alignment: Justified
Marks Distribution:
PESTEL Analysis: 6 marks (60%)
Recommendations: 3 Marks (30 %)
Formatting as per guidelines: 1 Marks (10 %) Total: 10 Marks (100%)
The completed assignments should be emailed to meraj@aduc.ac.ae (No hard copies will be acknowledged).
