This is a recipe to make fish burgers.

The equipments required to prepare this recipe are the following:

-Dry measuring cup

3. How much product does this recipe make?
This product is said to serve around 4 people.

4. What would you use to measure the sour cream?
To measure the sour cream, I would use a dry measuring cup instead of of liquid measuring cup, since the texture of the sour cream is too thick to be accurately used in liquid measuring cups.

Firstly, I would read the recipe , and make the conversions. For example, if ¼ cup of bread crumbs are required, I would multiply that by 1.5 which would equal ⅜ to serve 6 people. Most of the ingredients will be multiplied by 1.5 except for the added spices which only needs to be added a little bit maybe multiply it by around 1.25 as the spices risk overpowering the recipe with its distinct flavors. Firstly, I would gather all ingredients and equipments needed for this recipe.

Make a start by pre heating the oven to 170 degrees fan assisted.
Chop and dice the veggies which includes, cabbage, onions, cilantro, diced cucumber, etc. Make sure to use a sharp knife and do so on a cutting board.
Take a good sized frying pan and add the butter and a splash of oil. Heat over a medium flame then tip in the panko breadcrumbs.
Turn down the heat then carefully cook these until they are a golden brown colour and crisp. Keep them moving as they can burn easily. This should take around 5 minutes. Once cooked, tip the crumbs onto a plate and put to one side.
While these are cooling, make your Tartar sauce. Add the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise into a small mix bowl then stir in the chutney, mustard and chopped gherkins. Pop this into the fridge until
