Colleague and others professional?
When working in a team and especially if it is in a company, you need to be a good team player and get along with all members of clients no matter whether you like or not. If you don’t communicate well they limit their ability to connect on any meaningful level and that can lead to conflict or any other trouble that can cause you to be excluded from the work field, so it is extremely important for a person to have better relationship with the colleague that you are working with, many times people fail to get along with staff or the management and it can cause them to trouble or even lead to job loss.
