Being A Staff Member
Any past experiences in being a staff member: Being a staff member often requires having past experience. Fortunately for me I do fall into the category of having some experience that has taught me how to be a better player and how to be a better staff member. Some of the servers that I have been staff on include: ParaPVP & on a friends factions server.
I want to start by talking about the small factions server that I was staff on. I was a platform admin basically on a friends faction server. My friend decided that he wanted to build a server after we had met through playing on another pvp server. My friend decided to make a small factions server in late 2014. These reasons include proficiency, hardworking, dedication, and many more. I will try to allow you to understand who I am so that you can see why I am the best candidate.
I think the top reason that I should be chosen over everyone else is because of my dedication. I believe that I am very dedicated and that when I get a task I will try to finish it in the least amount of time while also doing it to the best of my ability. For example a player joins teamspeak needing help with a hacker in game but has no proof of the hacker. I would ask him for the hackers name and ask the player why he thinks he is hacking. If that player is still online I would watch him and decide from there what the best course of action would be. I would want to do this in the fastest amount of time possible because chances are pretty high that there is another hacker somewhere on the server or someone needing help ingame or in TS. I know that players would want me to be doing my job to the best of my ability at all times and I know that I would be annoyed if nobody was helping me. I am very dedicated to the job and know that I will try my absolute best in every circumstance no matter how overwhelming it may get.
Teamspeak - I think the one thing that really puts me ahead of every other candidate is the fact that I am so good at handling situations effectively and quickly in Teamspeak. I like to help users as soon as they join because often it is a hacker report who may be on the server or just a question that needs to be answered quickly. My goal is to provide the best care of service that I possibly can to every single user that joins teamspeak so that they feel Teamspeak is a great way to contact staff.
Upper staff - An important job of being a helper is to help out the other staff members. If another staff member is requiring help watching a person or help is needed in teamspeak with a user I will try to be the first one to help out if I am online. Upper staff are often bombarded and it would be my goal to help them out in anyway that I possibly can to make their job
