Bruno Alternate Ending
It was a sunny day, when everyone was on break and I walked over to small spot where nobody could bother me. There was a pile of unused concrete and steels that formed a small spot where I could sit. There, I stared thru the fence into the dense foliage of trees and shrubs. I could hear water flowing down the nearby river, and the chirping of birds. It was this day when a small boy, that lived on the outside of the fence walked up to me from the distance.

He looked like a small dot in the distance slowly growing bigger and bigger. Eventually that dot became a figure, and that figure turned into a boy slowly scaling the fence. Eventually we came face to face with each other.
“Hello” said the boy

He asked me questions, we played games, and talked about things most young boys would talk about. However we spoke with each other cautiously since we're both were the only friends we both had, and we didn’t want to change that. “No, sire he gave it me.” I replied in a meekly voice.
He stared back at Bruno in confusion, scoffing at the thought of such a thing.
“What do you mean he’s your friend?”, then he looked back at Bruno
“Do you know this boy Bruno?”. Bruno mouth dropped in surprise, but he didn’t respond because he couldn't find the words to say.
“Do you know this boy!” He repeated in a firm voice. “Have you been talking to the prisoners?”
I could tell that now that Bruno was more scared than ever.
“I…...he was here cleaning the glasses when I came in” he said in a quiet voice.
This made Kotler madder than ever so he shouted back,
“That's not what I asked you. Have you ever seen him before? Have you ever talked to him before? Why does he say he’s your friend?” he asked him. Bruno stood there quietly not answering him back.

“Tell me Bruno!” He screamed, Bruno replied immediately
“I have never seen him before in my life. I don't know him.”
Suddenly I felt something deep down inside of me break, and the room suddenly turned darker than
