Bullying Persuasive Speech
The wife of a poor immigrant man got sick. The doctors told her that her time was coming to an end and told her to say her goodbyes. Because her daughter, Isabella Ramos, was only in her senior year of high school, the mother felt like she didn’t have enough time with her. Before she passed away, she told her daughter, “Mija, I want you to focus on school. Don’t get carried away with boys and make sure you to college.” She passed away soon after.
Isabella was heartbroken because her mother was her best friend. But she remembered her mother’s advice and didn’t focus on the pain and instead focused on school. Her father was also heartbroken, so he did not remarry.

Liberella was so hurt that she almost cried, but she looked around and realized that she was in such an amazing place in her life. There was no room for tears right now. She told the girls to leave because this was her moment and she did not want them to get in the way of it. The judges were very impressed with her project that she became one of the top five people to move on to the second day. Zachary also made it in the top five. It was on the second day that Zachary’s project was falling apart. He needed help putting it back together before the judges reviewed it, otherwise it seemed like he was not going to be able to get it done in time. Liberella wanted to be the bigger person so she decided to help him out. He was so grateful that she was helping her that he realized what an admirable person she was. He now understood that her intelligence and her selflessness didn’t make her unpopular, it meant that she was strong and deserved just as much respect as he did. Liberella was very nervous, but she was confident in her work. The moment came to announce the winner. She and Zachary were called on stage. Reporters from the local newspaper were there, ready to interview the winner. After a long speech from the announcer, the crowd was getting pumped. “The winner of the 25th annual science fair is… Isabella Ramos!” was announced over the microphone. The crowd applauded and gave her a standing ovation. Her father was teary eyed, he could not have been any more proud. Mrs. Perez cheered her on as she was given the microphone.

“Thank you so much for this award! I truly worked hard for it, but I would like to thank my father for believing in me, Mrs. Perez for inspiring me to try my hardest, the science club for always offering a helping hand, and last but not least my mother for being my greatest motivator.” Liberella’s speech received a roaring applause from the
