1-) the style of Leadership is about the current situation that I am living. Understanding the styles of leaders have prepared me to identify which one is more appropriate to be applied.
2-) The team determines which style of leadership should be used. In a mature team, the leadership should be more participative. In a junior team, the leadership should be more ‘follow the rules’ until they develop knowledge and capacity to analyse.
3-) I identified in myself that I have difficult to work with junior team. Being worked in a multinational company for a long time, made me demanding for every single task. And the question
is ‘ how to work with people that have a different background ?’. That will be my challenge in the work field in Canada. That course had a great context to prepare me for that, studying characterists, behavior and style of leaderships.
