Improving quality means less returns and warranty issues, and also it helps increase of sales.
3- Which 3 of Deming’s 14 points do you think are most critical to the success of a TQM program? Why?
- Lead to promote change
- Drive out fear
- Support, help, and improve
I think these are the important aspects. If we apply these we can easily become successful because they are all related with the teamwork.

7. How does fear in the workplace (and in the classroom) inhibit learning?
Fear can cause lots of problems, because it is not a good feeling it makes people get distracted. Distraction and fear, always makes people confused and this is the biggest threat for affecting their success.
8- How can a university control the quality of its output (that is, its graduates)?
University can control the quality of its output by employing quality faculty staff such as well-known professors. Also for students university should set specific goals for its students such as requirements before they start school, there should be a GPA requirement in the university.

Quality robustness
Quality loss function
Target oriented quality
11- What is the purpose of using a Pareto chart for a given problem?
It's purpose is to separate the important aspects of a problem from the unnecessary ones. By using this method it makes us to know where to direct our efforts.
