CLC Group Values (What do we need to do to ensure our team’s success?)
What each team member agrees to do
Why this is important to the team
Check into the CLC regularly to review progress on the assignment, ask group members to post an update every other day in the forum.
It is important because it keeps everyone up to date on what is going on with the project. It also provides reassurance that the project is moving along.
Contribute ideas and feedback to the group from initial discussions throughout project completion
It is a group assignment and everyone needs to contribute in order to prevent the majority of the work being placed on a few people. Feedback ensures a successful outcome that everyone in the group can be proud of.
Communicate with all CLC members as soon as a problem or issue arises
This keeps everyone on top of what is going on with the group and allows for issued to be taken care of early on.
Maintain respectful communications with all team members
Being respectful is a quality that will benefit the CLC group, and issues will be resolved faster with respectful communicating.
Complete assigned tasks by the deadlines set by the CLC members
Completing tasks on time ensures that the project will be completed in time. Other members tasks rely on the completion of another task, so not completing the task on time will put everyone behind on the project.
Take a leadership role in CLC assignments
Taking a leadership role will show the other members that you are invested in the project being successful.
