Project Description
D Solutions Inc. wants to rollout a new companywide compliance system. New compliance policies will be introduced along with the new compliance system. All managers will require at the minimum 10 hours of training to properly perform their jobs as well as ensure their subordinates perform properly. This training will be incorporated into the project budget.
Project Stakeholders
Project D will affects a lot of individuals directly as well as indirectly. The primary stakeholders for this project are the managers at each branch location around the country. Since the managers will be attending the training, they are directly affected by this project. The employees will be indirectly affected the Project. The managers that will be trained will then train each of their respective team. The CEO, John D, of D Solutions Inc., will be indirectly affected by this project as well. The Mr. D will require feedback to evaluate training sessions and will play an important factor on the project for future training.
Objectives and Outcomes
Tech, LLC will provide the information and training required for all managers to confidently operate the new compliance system according to the new policies effectively and efficiently. The training sessions for the managers will include hands-on training with the new compliance system. This will help resolve any confusion or answer any questions about the new system. Managers will also be given an information packet about the new policies. This information packet will help the managers make sure their employees follow the policies.
Measures of Success
The measures of success for Project D will be greatly determined in the retention of the training the managers receive. Tech, LLC will use surveys and questionnaires to gather the opinions of the employees companywide.
