This evidence shows that I have what it takes to be committed to my tasks and activities. By this evidence I can say that
I treat my co-op placement like a real job which should be the outcome of attending the co-op program. I enjoy working there and take initiatives to do any given tasks to the best of my ability. I use my skills on a daily basis at my co-op placement. The skills portrayed in my log sheet would help me in the future because it reflects upon me being on time, meeting placement standard, and doing the job right. It also reflects on my good work habits where I would most likely get hired. It also shows that the activities I do there are productive, and not just a waste of time. The tasks/activities I do are observing the dentist, sterilizing instruments, assist in cleaning dental rooms, and many others. The evidence for my log sheet proves that I am flexible with time and an efficient worker at my co-op placement. The skills I possibly developed up till now is taking initiative, being organized, taking responsibilities, adaptable, having attention to detail, and multitasking. These skills will help me out in the future because these are the skills every employer requires in the workplace. This evidence is sufficient to speak of my talents and skills for future admissions or employment
