That means they are using an emotional appeal to sale the Coca Cola to people. For example in the first part it's funny how the older brother drank some of the Coca Cola then put the rest on top of a shelf that the younger brother couldn't reach. Happiness is a big emotion in this commercial and there is different reasons why. For example at the end the older brother stands up for the younger brother and they are very happy.
One of the persuasive techniques in this commercial is the be like them appeal or bandwagon. The way this is used is in the commercial is the brothers have a good relationship even though they don’t always get along so when they drink the Coca Cola it brings them together. For example if you have a younger brother and yall do not have the best relationship you can buy Coca Cola and share it with him.
I think this commercial was effective. It was effective because they used emotions to persuade you to buy the Coca Cola. Demographics were a big thing to with this ad. They targeted two different groups of people, the parents and the children. They are also showing people that if you buy Coca Cola then your relationship with someone like a sibling will be better.
