1. What did you learn about the communication process from this activity? I learned to ask for clarification and to paraphrase when I talk with my manager. I also learned to be aware what my position is in the work place.
2. What seemed to be the main causes of the misunderstandings? I jumped to my own conclusion after I talked to the manager. I did not pay attention to the content of the conversation.
