Critiquing Interpersonal Communication In Nursing

I felt best about my nursing care when I practiced posturing and decorticating on a patient that had severe brain damage from a huge bleed in her brain. For this week’s clinical, I was in the neuro ICU and it was amazing. My patient was recovering from a subdural hemorrhage and was soon to be discharged to a different floor in a couple of days.
