If you know anything about art I am positive you have heard of Leonardo Da Vinci. Today, Da Vinci is considered one of the most famous artists of all time. His work is phenomenal. He is known for his paintings, sculptors, architect work. Besides this he was a musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and a writer. For my project I selected to use the Mona Lisa Portrait. The reason for me selecting this painting was because it is the world’s most famous painting. For hundreds of years people have been astounded by this painting. Not only is this painting one of the most well known artworks it is also the most valuable. The small painting is estimated to bring nearly 1 Billion dollars if it were ever to be sold at auction. One of the main reasons The Mona Lisa is famous is because many people wrote about her natural beauty and about her unique smile. It is not uncommon for people to oick fun at this painting. People have changed her face, her hair, her smile, her clothes, and just about anything on her. In the project we have to change at least one think about a major piece artwork. I thought it would be a great idea to change Mona Lisa into Snooki off of Jersey Shore. I don’t think has ever been done before so I think this will give a great comical effect to the painting. This will be very noticeable considering the fact of Snooki fake Tan, Poof Hairstyle, luscious lips.
