Eggman's Monologue
Scourage's POV

I wake up from my cold hard bed and get ready for anther day in this hell hole. I got up once more and sat on the edge of my bed.

"yeah, yeah..."

I looked up, I heard a familiar voice.

"just keep your hands off me and I'll be good ok?"

It was miles! Him and some other guards were walking past my cell.

"son of the gun...look who it is..." I said to myself. I wanted to shout his name, but I'd figure I'd wait till later to give him the surprise that I was here.

Lunch time rolled around and I looked around to see where miles was sitting. I saw him sitting all alone by himself reading a book, and decided to sit right next to him.

"long time no see huh?"

Miles stopped reading and slowly looked up at me. I put on a big smiles

The gang then lost the robots in an alleyway. They then turned their boards into a cub and carried it in their pockets.

"I don't know how we always get away from this kind of stuff." Said tails.

"because eggman's robots are crap." Said knuckles.

"he's right." sonic said. "how many times have we out ran those robots?"

"well, about 4 times now..."

"exactly, and it will probably be more."

The trio found their way to the park where they usually hung out. The park was also a reason why they wanted to make professor eggman miserable, because the professor wanted to tear it down for anther dumb office.

"professor better not take down this park..." said sonic. "sorry to get echo friendly here but this park has been around since my childhood, not to mention there aren't that many other parks

Some parks would be nice." Said tails.

"and it would give us a place to hang out and ride in." said knuckles. "just like old times."

Sonic and tails took a moment to remember the old days. Before the professor eggman took over, there were a ton of parks for the riders. There would be at least one every other corner or so. That all ended when he took over, and replaced them with business buildings along with rules about the hover boards.

"stupid professor, he's the reason why we can't have nice things..." said tails kicking a pebble. Just then, an ice cream truck passed by.

"at least there's one thing that he can't get rid of..." said sonic. Just as the trio where going to get some ice cream, when suddenly they were cut off. Three other riders where surrounding them.

"what the..." said sonic. Finally, the riders stopped, and showed themselves.

One was a boy with green hair, green shirt, goggles and green basketball shorts, the other was a bit chubby with a white bandana, white shirt, and gold chain, and the 3rd was a girl with purple hair, purple shirt, and long pants with purple flames on them.

"look who we got here..." said the green haired

This tells us that Bradbury feels very distrustful and suspicious. He used words like mysterious and invaders which tells us the reader that he feels very uncomfortable to the robots. “It quivered at each sound, the house did. If a sparrow brushed a window, the shades snapped up, The bird startled, flew off! No, not even a bird must touch the house.”…

Explanation: This is a Contrast Contradiction because these robots were made and programmed to protect the human race and to provide a stepping-stone for the Humans. Modern day humans had been killed by killer robots and people donated their embryos to freeze and program robots to care of these until Killer Robots were gone and then Bring the Human Race back to life after they had instigated the Robots to go rogue and instead, were trained to be nicer.…

Step by wicked step, my boots sank further and further into the thick, red-tinged land as if the devil himself were dragging my body straight into the depths of hell. The rhythmic squelching stabbed through my rubber soles, radiating pain throughout my soul as it seared everything in its path. Squelch, squelch, squish. My tempo was interrupted by those cursed boots refusing to budge from the stubborn terrain. As if taunting me, the earth unhooked my feet from the damned soil…
