Most well-known is McDonald’s in 1982. This was very different then Chipotle, it was only one location in Oregon. Also, this was before the internet they were able to contain the story. Where Chipotle who depend on heavy on social media was hit very hard. They are depend on word- of- mouth and when people get E-coli they kind review the Chipotle as dangerous. Conclusion That Chipotle is going through a rough time trying to gain the trust of the public.
