Chipotle is a fast casual restaurant that was founded by Steve Ellis in 1993.Chipotole serve customized burritos and salads to its customers. Chipotle is now growing at rapidly pace globally, where is has 1,500 location and 37,310 employees. Chipotle main competitors are place like Qdoba, Taco bell, and many more places. Also, Chipotle is very competitor in the market, it make adjustment to the competition like not charge for extra guac because Qboda doesn’t. They are a major competitor in the food industry and they have face many problems will developed a strategy to get through it.

Body: Stakeholder’s Expectation were that Chipotle was different than other fast food restaurants like McDonald’s and Burger King. That they are organic and care where they food come from. That they are only chance for a change for normal fast food routine. This is how Chipotle was seen, until the E.coli outbreak that happen in 2015.

Most well-known is McDonald’s in 1982. This was very different then Chipotle, it was only one location in Oregon. Also, this was before the internet they were able to contain the story. Where Chipotle who depend on heavy on social media was hit very hard. They are depend on word- of- mouth and when people get E-coli they kind review the Chipotle as dangerous. That was Chipotle underdoing .

Conclusion That Chipotle is going through a rough time trying to gain the trust of the public. It recommendation that Chipotle does more adverting because it will have more of opportunity to get their voice out there. Also, to keep on gave out coupon to encourage customer to gave Chiptole one more chance. It is important not to take anymore shortcuts in the food processing. Chipotle will bounce back from the E-coli incident because they are a distinguish themselves as being different from other fast food restaurants. By 2012, Chipotle Mexican Grill had over 1400 company-owned stores taking over as the number two Mexican fast food restaurant for total sales in the US market. Today the overall business environment for Chipotle Mexican Grill is very good. The company has grown by over 50% since 2010 and is seeing increases in revenue averaging between 18% and 20% each year. Since going public the company has seen a 4000% return in their stock prices.
