Explain Why Children Should Not Get Paid To Do Chores Essay
I think that children should not get paid to do chores. I don't think children should get paid to do chores. Children should not get paid to do chores for many reasons. The rest of this essay will give reasons children should not get paid to do chores.
Your parents do not get paid to do the dishes or take out the trash. They don’t get paid to do laundry and other chores. Chores are just apart of family life. Doing chores is not the same as a paying job.
Some people think that kids should get paid to do chores. And studies show that doing chores benefits children in many ways. But they don’t say that children have to be paid to do them.
I do chores a lot at home myself. I feed the dogs and cats. I take out trash. I help out anyway I can,
and I never ever ask for money. When i'm at my grandmother’s I even help her feed animals and carry things that she cannot. I carry in wood to my basement. I help with different things at different times of the year. I never get paid and I don’t want to get paid.
