Should there or should there not be Cell Phones at school

In my opinion, I believe that there should not be cell phones at school. Everybody loves to have them and use them all the time and they could be useful at times. This Means that if everyone brought their cell phones no work would be done. If phones were allowed the students would use them for fun and not for school. The kids would not get a proper education that they need. The kids without phones would be the only kids learning, but also feel left out that everyone else has one and they do not. If there was cell phones at school work would not be done, kids would play all the time, and nobody would pay attention to the teacher with phones.
The students would play way too much on the phones that they would play with them the whole day. For example, my friends all have phones and when we hang out at school or on the bus they are on their phones playing all the time. Kids at school use phones for help, but also for fun. Middle schoolers and High schoolers are always on the phones after school. Kids are addicted to their phones and that would affect them later. Most people in the class would say that phones should be accepted, but they do not see the consequence that phones could cause. My friends tell me that they would start their homework in five minutes, but they never do.
If students were allowed the opportunity to have phones at school they would take advantage of that. They will say they are getting work done, but they are not really. Students would get bad grades because of the class and homework they had to do and never did. Yes phones could be helpful, but at a cost. With the calculator on the phone, that would be like cheating because they are not learning how to do the equation. Those students would never get into a good college because of their grades they receive by using the easy way
