Internal and External Factors Affecting Brighton Medical Center

Introduction Brighton Medical Center, also known as BMC, has been serving the Salt Lake City Community for over seven years. There have been many internal and external factors that have defined the organization and its size, structure, and organizational processes. This essay will introduce the four main internal and external factors that have had the biggest influence on the organization: internal communication, structure, economics, and external communication. BMC uses the influences of these internal and external factors to adapt and perform at the highest level achievable. This influence helps the organization create the best atmosphere and experience possible for patients as they stay at the hospital.
